Our name

Artesian wells release groundwater from deep aquifers, giving life, refreshment and energy as they do so. We too want to bring life, refreshment and energy through our work.

Moreover, artesian wells are deep. And likewise, lasting cultural change and transformational leadership requires individuals to look deep within themselves.
