Alison Coulter
Alison is a founding director of Artesian, with responsibility for client service. She also leads our NHS work, facilitating senior team and board development.

Alison has a special interest in working with teams to help them be the best. Her own experience of teams comes from 20 years working in the NHS, and she now works as a facilitator and coach supporting organisational and behavioural change, inspiring teams to work well.

Nick Chatrath
Nick is a director of Artesian, working with leaders and teams to help them achieve their goals. He is a former McKinsey consultant with a 20-year track record of helping senior executives achieve personal and leadership transformation. Recent praise for Nick's coaching

Andrew Walsh
Andrew is a non-executive director, drawing on his experience in general and financial management in the private sector.

He has experience of managing large numbers of both staff and customers and has led significant projects such as company acquisitions and disposals, culture transformation and post acquisition integrations.
